I am imagining a tantrum by Queen Esther in her many travels….
Grab a kid and hit the stage! I mean road! I mean…Oh forget it! Just find me one! School? Pull her out…is there a problem? Piper is just going to have to come with me where ever and when ever I make an appearance, this is NOT open for discussion. And get her on the damn lists so that I am not continuously stuck with paying her way…for gods sake she is my emmissary! This should be a write-off on top of everything else!

Sarah Palin and her faux concern for the the well-being of children gets trumped by her obvious use and abuse of her own children as human shields against the unknown. And now she has the kahones to come forward and feign hyperbolic concern for Tripp in the upcoming battle between the adult parents, Bristol vs Levi.

Essentially, after submitting a list of names at the door of the public sports building in Wasilla of people to be banned from her book signing last month because she feared these “liberal bloggers”…it is who she ALLOWED in attendance that is even more disturbing. And it is really a step beyond that. It is who she EMBRACED that is truly unsettling. It was a circus of malcontents and hatriots carrying signs, passing around petitions and pamphlets displaying treasonous photos of our president photo-shopped as Hitler. They solicited membership into a newly formed organization called the “Conservative Patriots Group” (aka Teabagger’s Mat-Su style).

They are genuinely HER people. What is that saying? “A man [or anointed one] is known by the company he [she] keeps”.
Make no mistake, she does not shy from these wingnut associations…she encourages them!

Why people wonder if she was a member of the Alaska Independence Party is beyond me. She and Todd are perfect fits for these rogue groups. They clearly echo her sense of immunity from the Rule of Law in America, and this is extending into the custody battle that Bristol and Levi are now embarking on.
Palin has no role in this dispute as the grandmother beyond being a supportive parent to the adult Bristol. But that is not how Queen Esther does things. Why? Well for one thing…as we should all know by now…it is ALL about her! If she honestly had concern for that baby, or any other, she would butt out and let the parents and their respective attorneys battle this out.
I have been through a custody battle…20 years ago in Alaska…it is not fun, it is not pretty and it takes a concerted effort by the courts to keep the focus on the best interest of the child standard. Grandma Palin is going to instigate the ugly side by her protestations, grandstanding and by her not coming forward and admonishing these zealous hatriot friends of hers who are rallying people to call and harass the officers of the court.
And again I ask myself…who in the hell are all these Khristian hatriots that are filled with so much anger and animosity that have proudly proclaimed Palin, Limbaugh, Beck, Coulter, Malkin and their demented ilk as their revered leaders?

You are answering your own rhetorical question: Yes, they are demented, as are their leaders.
This sickness of the soul is contagious, and we have to be aware of this contagion in order to isolate it. May we all find the strength inherent in reason to ward off their influences.
I get a little upset when Palin is called Queen Esther as that noble woman was willing to lay down her life for her kinsman.. the thought wouldn't cross Palin's mind. Why do we continue to call Palin Queen Esther, it just seems wrong?

Best described in terms of group-think, warrior-like mentality, willful blindness and ignorance, Sarah's devout loyalists take, on face value, whatever Sarah says as gospel. So on a daily basis she attacks the media or Obama or whatever serves her purpose and feign she is being victimized knowing her supporters will voraciously defend her, no matter what.
Even the slightest criticism is met with rejection. In a rare moment of sanity Glenn Beck, an avid ally of Sarah's, stated on his show that the birth certificate debate is ridiculous. He is now officially on their enemy list. WaPo David Frum likewise for similar reasons.
Judges presiding over the Palin-Johnston custody suit aren't safe from the wrath of Sarah's defenders either. The court's decision to keep the custody case open has them up- in-arms, organizing a protest and a harassment campaign. Meanwhile their announcement is still posted on Sarah's FB page. Need I say more?
Sarah does not care about these people. They are merely pawns — a means to an end — and easily manipulated. Sadly, they are too busy defending Sarah to notice she is reaping rewards off their backs.
Hopefully sooner rather than later, her devout loyalists will come to their senses. Because people kept in a constant state of frenzy ultimately become a danger to themselves and a threat to society.
It is a title bestowed upon her in her anointing ceremony. I can assure you I would not have chosen it for her. But the greater issue is that she believes what they are shoveling her way. I agree with you…Palin definitely lacks the muster to sacrifice herself on anyone's behalf!

Excellent summation! She does not truly care about the "common folk" and sees herself set apart from that now. In part due to the religious anointing not unlike the sense of immunity displayed by Gov. Mark Sanford on the heels of his turmoil. He, afterall, sees himself as King David.
It is why I use precious moments from my life to write about her. She is a dangerous "bable-rouser" as long as she retains her audience of millions. Look at how many coughed up 2.4 million to hand over to Rick Warren's plea for $900,000 last week! They don't get it! (And I can guarantee that he did not offer a refund).

Leah, thanks for the "head's up" that you posted this and I appreciate you doing it. You guys will be the first to know (as I'm still posting about it right now) that the Court Houses only received a few phone calls today. I guess that notifying law enforcement put a bit of a damper on their idea.
Also, the "hatriots" (I like that too) have been railing for two days over this "exposure," people whining and crying about how I'm "picking on" Jessica Steele. I've not really mentioned her much before, but she crossed the line by publicly encouraging the harassment of judges. Too bad she was born without a spine.
I am still awaiting the final scene in this great drama when Sarah runs off with Sean and Bristol writes her "Mommie Dearest" chronicles. :-]

Piper is going to end up as an educational zero just like her mom, since all she does is skip school and listen to her mother's vacuous yammering 24/7. If you consider the spelling and grammar the Wasilla teens use on facebook, Sarah's own half-baked intellect, and the Palins' obvious lack of interest in education in general, with a little intervention and some intensive therapy Trig could well turn out to be the smartest of the bunch.
